The worlds smallest Quran. Junior Managing Director Paul Schützlhoffer of the austrian jeweler Schützlhoffer approached us to create digital imagery for their new revolutionary product line called NUR. In just the size of a thumb, Paul and his Team managed to create the worlds smallest Quran utilizing nanochip technology. All 600 pages etched into a tiny saphire glasplate and framed by gold or platin. Our responsibility was to create a introductory video to communicate the vision behind the product as well as rendering images for the webshop. Drawing inspiration from different symbols of islamic history, we created a product reveal using monochromatic environments to create a visual contrast between the harsh surroundings and the luxuriousness of this visionary product.
